Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the architectural design process from conceptualization to finalization, ensuring high-quality and innovative design solutions. 2. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to effectively translate project requirements into detailed architectural plans. 3. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure successful project delivery. 4. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and designers, to integrate all design elements seamlessly. 5. Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. 6. Stay updated with the latest architectural trends and technologies to incorporate sustainable and cutting-edge solutions into projects.
Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. 2. Licensed or registered architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management. 3. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. 4. Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide project teams effectively. 5. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes. 6. A proven track record of successful project delivery within specified timelines and budgets.
